In the fast-paced game of lacrosse, effective defense is crucial to winning. This guide emphasizes key defensive principles: always know the location of your opponent and the ball, and prioritize stopping the ball rather than chasing it. Maintain control of your body and stick, slide at full speed, and employ strategic calls like Box-in-Two or Man-to-Man slides to lock down the best players. Embrace these techniques to become a dominant defensive force on the field.
