Levy proportionately for license the licensed area.
Security Deposit: Interest free 6 months fee +service charges for companies having paid-up capital of Rs 1 Crore or above OR 12 months license fee/service charges for all other companies. • R&C facilities are offered on "As is Where is", “Caveat Emptor” and “No Complaint” basis only. • R&C premises offered only for Industrial, Workshop, Warehouse or Office/Bank use. • Electricity/Water charges will be paid by the Licensee as per the actual meter reading. Unit charges will be calculated on the basis of total bill received vs sum total of all the sub-meters of R&C and its lessees. • Workshop may also be taken on revenue sharing/sub-contracting arrangement with Minimum Guaranteed Amount which will be equal to License fee as per above rates. • Free Parking will be allowed in common area. Reserved parking will be charged @ licence fee rates.
Licensee will be responsible for all the required approvals from concerned authorities. • In case of delay in payment of License Fee/Electricity/Water charges/Govt. levies beyond 7 days after submission of bills, interest @ 18% p.a. will be charged.
