  4. 期中報告說明 隨堂報告課本案例(ppt)，包括： • 零售觀點1.1 • 零售觀點1.2 • 請於標題右上角註明報告人的姓名(每人均要上台報告) • ppt請整合成一個檔 • 檔名：chx課本案例

  5. 期末報告說明 • 每組請自行選擇和零售業有關的個案，按照下列內容報告，須做成word及 ppt檔（兩者內容不可一樣） • 請每位同學於最後一週就該組的期末報告，繳交一頁書面心得報告，並對該組組員進行互評(1~10分）

  7. 零售業包括有店鋪零售業態—— 每一組先選擇一個業態，再選擇公司 • 食雜店、便利店、折扣店、超市、大型超市、倉儲會員店、百貨店、專業店、專賣店、家居建材店、購物中心、廠家直銷中心 • 無店鋪零售業態——電視購物、郵購、網上商店、自動售貨亭、電話購物等17種業態，並規定了相應的分類條件。
