Examining Labor Hours for Your Department in PeopleSoft

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to examine labor hours for your department using the PeopleSoft system at WWU. To start, log into the Time Clock system, navigate to “Timecard”, and click on “Manager…”. Then, select the desired reporting period under “Reports”. You can choose "Job Code Analysis" and manually enter the time period you wish to review. In this example, we will analyze the five months ended November 30. Finally, print the report in Excel format and view the output for your department's labor hours.
