Periodic Review - changes • Periodic Review must take place within 5 years of approval or last periodic review • Annual Review takes place alongside periodic review • The Chair of the Approval Panel must be drawn from the approved RSO list and training is mandatory for all new Chairs • Student meeting with panel • The Dean/Associate Dean signs off and submits documentation to RSO 8 weeks prior to the event • Feedback from RSO is provided within 2 weeks of receipt and must be reported to Faculty Board or its sub-committees • Post Event definitive documentation must be sent electronically to RSO for audit purposes
