Supplementary Figures 2B: RAD001 Effects on mTOR and p70S6 Kinase Pathways in CNE Cell Lines

This document presents Supplementary Figures 2B (subfigures 1 and 2), showcasing the effects of RAD001 on key signaling pathways in CNE-1, CNE-2, and 666-1HK1 cell lines. Figure 2B (supp.1) reveals the influence of RAD001 at concentrations of 50 pM and 10 nM on the phosphorylation of mTOR at serine 2448, while Figure 2B (supp.2) illustrates the effect on the phosphorylation of p70S6 kinase at Thr389 in response to the same RAD001 doses.
