Setup – Overview 1 • Wiring of Bedanet 9080 must be performed by an electrician. • Installation of BCOMM-Win32-Software is necessary to assign IP- addresses to the Bedanet 9080 modules. • Bedanet 9080 is configured using WEB-Browser. • A connection diagramm must be drawn including all GID / DID–addresses, names of machines and IP-addresses.

Setup – Overview 2 • Set up GID/DID (Channel and Bedanet-number) in the BCOMM-Win32 software. • This software allows to test the Bedanet 9080. • Define machines and assign GID/DID identifications to resources in be.as. • Configure server service in be.as. One per channel. • Set up automatical call of server service.

  15. Bedanet 9080 - Setup Number of Counter: 1 or 2 Machine: 8 digit–string. 8 digits are mandatory. Send on machine clock: set at least to 2 or higher Send interval in ms: depending on bandwith, set to 2000 (=2 sec) or higher

  16. Bedanet 9080 - Setup Define how long the delay may take before it is considered to be a disfunction. From that moment on, only scrap is counted. Measure is msec. Settings are effective after saving and restart of the MDC device
