  1. unpacking CAUTION: removal from the pallet must be carried out by two qualified persons in material handling and in the observation of safety rules. First of all check the Shock-watch label which indicates whether the goods have been mishandled; inspect the shipping carton for signs of shipping damage; cut the metal straps (beware of snapping metal), lift the carton up and off the pallet Remove bag and polyurethane protection. Inspect again the machine for signs of shipping damage or of rough handling. If damage is visible, notify the restaurant manager and/or the shipping company Quit

The machine is screwed up to the crate by means of 4 screws, which reach the threaded holes made on the machine bottom from the plane surface underlying the packing. The two wooden shims (W), placed sideways under the machine, make it possible to keep the wheels a few millimetres above the packing plane surface. W W After removing the upper part of the crate and without opening the machine side plates, unscrew the tie rods (R) bottom of the pallet, only one side, and let them drop on the floor. R

Slightly,incline the machine on one side.... ....and remove the wooden block. Please be careful: the wood blocks keep the machine castors off the pallet by ¼ ‘’: their removal will cause the machine to drop that distance.   4. Machine removal from the pallet CAUTION: removal from the pallet must be carried out by two qualified persons in material handling and in the observation of safety rules. While moving the machine, make sure that it does not run too fast or that it does not stop suddenly against the floor, as in both cases it might overturn thus bringing about damage to people and/or things all around. After the removal of the wooden blocks, the machine will directly rest with its wheels on the crate plane surface; in order to unload the machine from the pallet, use the wooden ramps (S), supplied with the machine. Place the wooden ramps(S)in position against the rear side of the machine and push the machine from FRONT SIDEmoving it to the rear. Two persons, one in front and one in the rear, must handle and control the unit (see the picture) S
