Projemiz dezavantajlı sosyal gruplara dahil olan ve aynı zamanda liseye devam etmeyen ya da liseye kaydı olup hiç devam etmeyerek eğitim öğretim sürecinin dışında kalan öğrencilerin karar vericilerin de (Ebeveyn, İdareci, öğretmen,müfettiş v.b) sürece dahil edilmesi yoluyla sürekli devamsız öğrencilerin eğitim öğretim sürecine tam katılımını ve hedef kitlede Eğitim Öğretimin önemi hususunda farkındalık yaratmayı amaçlamaktadır.

Project triestoincludestudents, whoarecalleddisadvantagedsocialgroupsand at theage of highschool but outsidetheeducationprocessand not going on education, totheeducationprocessbyincludingthedecisionmakers (Parents, directors, teachers, inspectoretc.). Bythisway, weaim at fullparticipation of consistentlyabsentstudentstotheeducationprocessandcreateawareness of allcommunityregardingtheimportance of education.

PROJE HEDEFLERİ • Eğitim sürecine Ebeveyn katılımını artırmak, • Eğitimin önemi hususunda kamuoyu ve velileri bilgilendirilmek, • Öğrenci motivasyonlarının artırılarak devamsızlığın azaltılmak, • Karar vericilerin (Ebeveyn, Öğretmen, İdareci, Şube müdürü v.b.) rollerinin ve etkinliklerini artırarak devamsızlığı asgari düzeye indirmek, • Eğitimin önemi hususunda farkındalık yaratmak, • Öğrenciler arası iletişim kuvvetlendirilmesi, dışlanmışlığın asgari düzeye indirgenmesi, önyargıların kırılmasını sağlamak, • Öğrencilere Eğitimin Önemi hususunda rehberlik yapmak, • Devamsızlık yapan hedef kitlenin devamsızlık sebeplerinin tespit etmek, çözüme dönük fikirler toplanmak, değerlendirmek ve sonuçları muadil okullarla paylaşmak,

PROJE SÜRECİ VE FAALİYETLERİ • Proje sürecinde elde edilen bilgi ve deneyimlerin paylaşılması ve müzakere edilmesi amacıyla Proje Ortakları ile karşılıklı hareketliliklerin gerçekleştirme (Denizli, Türkiye – Prahova, Romanya ), • - Devamsız Öğrencilerin Velilerine Eğitimin Önemini anlatmak ve farkındalık oluşturmak için “Okullarda Veli Eğitim Günlerini” Düzenleme, • - Öğrencileri Eğitimin Hedefleri doğrultusunda mesleki adımlar açısından yönlendirmek, onları kariyerlerinin geleceği ile ilgili gelişme, gereksinme ve olanaklardan haberdar etmek maksadıyla “Kariyer günleri” düzenleme • - Öğrencilerin sosyal etkileşimini, iş birliğini ve bilgilerini artırmak, olumsuz davranış ve tutumlarını değiştirmek amacıyla “ Akran Eğitimi“ programın uygulanması,

Öğrencilerin birbiri ile kaynaşmasını sağlanmak, aralarındaki iletişim pekiştirmek, dışlanmışlığı önlenmek maksadıyla Tiyatro, oyun, sinema günleri, yarışmaların tertip etme, • Öğretmen ve İdarecilere Öğrencilerin Eğitim Öğretim sürecine tam katılımlarını sağlamak amacıyla Eğitim verme (seminer, bilgilendirme toplantısı v.s.) Okul Proje Ekibi tarafından Veli Ziyaretlerini gerçekleştirilme (sürekli devamsız öğrenciler için), • Devamsız öğrencilerle ve diğer öğrencilerle Pamukkale Üniversitesine ziyaret gerçekleştirme, • Devamsız öğrencilerle ve diğer öğrencilerle AsociaCentrul de ResurseApollo Derneğine ziyaret gerçekleştirme, • Aynı Eğitim bölgesinde eğitim görmüş ve aynı sosyo ekonomik düzeyden gelip farklı makamlarda hizmet eden kişilere ulaşılarak öğrencilere eğitimin önemi hususunda rehberlik hizmeti sunma,
