  2. What is Custom Packaging? Custom packaging is basically designing packaging around your products from scratch rather than just selecting a ready-to-wear box that the product might fit into.

  3. Types Following are types mentioned below:- Rigid Boxes Kraft Boxes Paperboard Boxes Card-Board Boxes Corrugated Boxes Chipboard Boxes Foil Sealed Boxes Poly Bags

  4. Rigid Boxes Rigid Boxes (also called “Set-Up Boxes”) are a very common type of packaging and they are often associated with luxury products. Rigid boxes are typically four times thicker than an average folding carton and are not usually printed on directly.

  5. Foil sealed bags Foil bags are laminated with Polyester and Polythene layers, producing the 'barrier'. Designed to protect your goods when being transported and stored

  6. Kraft Boxes These boxes have a quality that you can mold them in any shape whatever you want for your product.

  7. Paperboard Boxes Custom Paperboard Boxes finished from folding paper, custom printed and ended to size. They are lightweight and petite prime time.

  8. Corrugated Boxes Corrugated boxes are made up of corrugated paperboard that contains rows of air columns. The columns make the paper stronger than average cardboard with the air acting as a cushion for any items inside of them. The ridges inside offer strength and flexibility, as usually intended in packaging.

  9. Card-Board Boxes These boxes are made from cardboard and are very popular in the industry. Brands also use custom packaging boxes for branding purposes. Cardboard is the material option that can be customized to a great extent.

Chipboard Boxes Chipboard may refer to a white-lined paperboard generally made fromrefined paper stock.To us, a chipboard box is the same as any other type of custom carton, it is a box used for a consumer product – very typically either a food or a pharma product – that has to have clean, convincing packaging inside of a box.
