Purpose • Exert a little more control over our own future • Evaluate duties of staff to ensure that we are taking advantage of all opportunities • To process a large backlog of retrospective materials

Summary Purpose of the project re-focused • Investigate alternatives to using item numbers as a selection tool • Consult with GPO about print equivalents • Incorporate more tracking of staff implications
Where we are right now • Poised on the edge of “de-selecting” a lot of tangible items • Trying to figure out how to assess • Waiting for the final MOU from GPO
