Utilize energies and B(E2)↑’s of lowest 2+ states in even-even nuclei for fitting processes. Incorporate data on dynamical and static deformation, along with Gamow-Teller resonances for time-odd properties. Referenced works provide valuable insights on nuclear structure.

QRPA Calculation in Fitting Process of Functional J. Terasaki and J. Engel Proposal: • Use energies and B(E2)↑’s of lowest 2+ states in even- even nuclei. There are more than 500 measured energies and about half that many measured BE2's. These data reflect presence of dynamical deformation as well as static deformation. • Use Gamow-Teller resonances and higher-multipole analogs (e.g. spin-dipole) for time-odd properties Not as much data, but still very useful, particularly once deformed QRPA is available.
