Chula Vista, CA 91911 37-AA-0010 1 2 Since the last LEA inspection, the operator has completed the extension of the utiltiy line along Maxwell Road onto the landfill property (Photo #1). The utility line has not been connected at either end. The trench in Canyon A was back-filled and was observed exposed waste which included treated wood waste (Photo #2). Photos by A.   3. Otay Landfill 1700 Maxwell Rd. Chula Vista, CA 91911 37-AA-0010 An 18” metal pipe was encountered along the utility line trench near perimeter probe GP-18. The pipe did not appear to be in use and was partially filled with soil. The pipe terminus (2) had not been identified and had a trajectory of east to west. 5 Photos by A.
