HDPEpondlinersareingreatdemandinaquacultureforsomeofthereasons listedaboveand,therefore,contributealottowardsfishproductivityand welfare.Hereishow: WaterRetention:HDPEhasgivenawaterproofliningthatensurestheabsence ofseepagelossofwater.Atsteadylevelsofwater,stabilitymaybeachievedin fishponds,henceofferingastableenvironmentforfishtothrivein. TheusageofHDPElinerskeepsthesoilfreefromcontaminationandlimitsthe entryofpollutants.This,therefore,ensuresbetterwaterquality.Healthyfishes meancleanwaterthatdecreasesthediseasesandriseingrowthrates. EasyandSmoothPondManagement:Themanagementofthispondissmooth withlinersmadefromHDPE,whichiseasiertoclean.Itcanbeeasilymaintained, whichcontrolsthegrowthofalgaeandotherunwantedentryoforganismsin healthyfishecosystems. StrengthandLongevity:HDPElinerscontainmaximumUVradiationsalongwith chemicalandphysicaldamageresistances.Therefore,replacementisless,and itresultsinlessercostandlabourinthelongrun. Bettertemperaturecontrol:ThelinersprovidedbyHDPEcanregulatestable watertemperatures,whichissomewhatcrucialinthemetabolicactivitiesof fish.
