Here you can have series wise reporting and can view perticular series differntly You can select different dates to see perticular report Here you can have counter wise and CCO wise report This option allows you to convert any report in to excel formate for saving your data You can get full day and time sloted by choosing this option

  5. In this report you can have average waiting time of the person came for Nokia Mobile Repair seperately for all series.

  6. To get the total waiting time of any customer in your care you can use this report

  7. You can use this repor to get summary of overall performance of the care.

  8. This is a rating report of the customer to know how satisfied he is with your service but to get this report you should have a voting Pad.
