  2. 1. Water • Drink it… half your body weight in fluid ounces. • Example: 160lbs/2= 80 fl. Oz.’s • Boosts energy and cleanses

  3. 2. Perimeter • Shop the perimeter of the store, that is where you can find more natural food that is better for you and is not filled with perservatives. • Example: Fruits, Vegetables, Meat, Dairy, Eggs etc.

  4. 3. Brain • If it looks like a brain eat it • Example= broccoli, cauliflower

  5. 4. Red or Green • Red and green foods have a lot of natural nutrients that can fight cancer and keep your body running well • Example: Green veggies, tomatoes, apples

  6. 5. Go OUTSIDE • Eat foods that were made outside not inside – • Why – have more nutrients – our body knows what to do with it • Remember our list from yesterday

  7. 6. Don’t drink a calorie

  8. 7. COLORS OF THE Rainbow • WHAT: YOUR PLATE SHOULD HAVE A LOT OF COLORS OF THE RAINBOW • WHY- THIS MEANS YOU ARE EATING FRUITS AND VEGETABLES
