Questions to consider: • After watching some of the video from the hit TV show “Gold Rush Alaska” answer the following questions. • List some of the negative environmental impacts caused by the mining. • List some of the positive environmental impacts caused by the mining. • Approximate how much “air time” was given to the environmental restoration of the mining sites. • Approximate how much “air time” was given to the environmental destruction of the mining sites.
