  5. Mental Health Services Context • Compliance in 2007 with Article 15, Regulations for Approved Centres • Very low compliance with care and treatment plans -18% (Inspector of Mental Health Services) • Self assessment of compliance - 83.6%

  6. NMHSC Objective Generate change ideas and target improvement measures relating to individual care and treatment planning to support recovery
