  26. 08-09 BLT SMART Goal • SMART Goal • During the 08-09 school year, all middle and high school leadership teams will: • Have an understanding of the process and impact of Professional Learning Communities on student achievement. • Have facilitated PLC discussions of formative assessment. • Teams will develop an action plan that will include a timeline, opportunities for feedback, and data collection regarding the number of PLC teams and time spent in collaboration.
