Fruit and Vegetables Postharvest Physiology Lab Beijing December 2004
Mission • We mainly study the postharvest physiology and pathology of fruit and vegetables . We have done much research on mango, pear, banana, peach and coriander and published a number of scientific papers.
Fruit and vegetables storage technology. The postharvest physiology of fruit and vegetables. The postharvest disease of fruit and vegetables. Analysis of protease activity in fruit and vegetables. Analysis of polyphenoloxidase and peroxidase activity in different fruit and vegetables. Research/Study
