  3. 安裝EndNote X4 建立個人化圖書館

  4. 下載及安裝 • 圖書館網頁資料庫Endnote X4 • 安裝注意事項 • 務必將下載的壓縮檔，解完壓縮後，再執行安裝程式（勿在winRAR等軟體中安裝）。不然會出現需要序號之問題 • 請關閉 word 檔案

  5. 建議：將 Endnote 拉到桌面當捷徑

  6. 第一次使用時 會問是否要建立Web account 不建議使用 開新library

  7. 存在 桌面 新開 Endnote 的畫面

  8. 先在Endnote更新擴增filter style 1.點原先的安檔軟體 2.選擇Modify 3.分別勾選 AdditionalFilters AdditionalStyles 全選安裝

  9. Import輸入資料 建立文獻的兩種方式 • 自行輸入 • 檔案夾檔 • 從資料庫或網路匯入 • 英文資料庫 • 中文資料庫： • Filter概念&官網常問問題http://www.isiuser.com/faq.asp • 資料編輯修改

  10. 自行輸入 • 各類型資訊輸入到EndNote Library • 書 • 期刊論文 • 會議論文 • 博碩士論文 • 寫論文時會參考引用的相關文獻

  11. 開啟New Reference 從 Endnote 自行輸入一筆書目資料的畫面

  12. Step 1： 先選擇輸入書目資料的類型，例 Book, Journal, Proceeding…

  13. Step 2： • 將滑鼠至要輸入的欄位點一下 • 即可輸入資料。每位作者必須單獨一列 • Author欄位輸入 • 可輸入多位作者， 每位作者須單獨一行 • 英文姓名該怎麼輸入（last name後要接,） ex. Woods, Tiger或Tiger Woods, 皆可 • 中文姓名直接輸入，不用空格及標點符點ex.王小明

  14. 插入檔案 • 在欄位上按右鍵→File Attachments→attach File • 選擇要插入的檔案 勾撰copy，附檔即會跟著endnote存在日後原附檔的移動都不會受影響

  15. 重複步驟即附加多個檔案 最多45筆 • 夾圖檔方法同上 • 但圖片檔只能存一個

  16. 關閉 選「Yes」儲存

  17. 一筆自建資料完成了

  33. 1. 將下載的 Filter解壓縮2. 解壓縮後的NCL_Journal.enf檔放到 C:\ Program files\EndNote X4\Filters　目錄夾中即可

  36. 再次提醒中文期刊輸出步驟 : 1.先下載Filter解至Filter目錄夾匯出Endnote格式 2.在Endnote→File→Import→選擇檔案 3.在Import Option→選NCL_Journal 4.在Text Translaction →選Unicode(UTF-8)
