The activities related to the strengthening of the SEE environmental enforcement agencies and their inspectorates are funded by the EC PHARE/OBNOVA Programme, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlandsand the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of NorwayScope and goals of BERCEN (3/3) Scope: • Informal network similar to IMPEL and AC-IMPEL Goals: • Support Stabilization and Association Process (SAP) • Enhance environmental regional cooperation • Improve compliance and enforcement • Work in close cooperation with (AC) IMPEL and NISECEN, and draw closer to ( AC ) IMPEL
