Characterization of DU-145 Cell Lines Using Oct6-FITC and Dansyl Labeled Peptides
This study investigates the application of Glu-Oct6-FITC and Asn-Oct6-dansyl peptides in DU-145 prostate cancer cell lines. Utilizing fluorescence intensity (MFI), we analyze the binding affinities and cellular uptake of the labeled peptides at various concentrations (0.10 to 100 nM). Our findings contribute to a greater understanding of peptide interactions with cancer cells, providing potential insights for targeted delivery systems in cancer therapy. The results illustrate the efficacy of using fluorescently labeled peptides for cellular imaging and tracking.
