LCAC Overview Purpose/Mission: High Speed, Over-the-Beach, Ship-to-Shore Amphibious Capability to Lift All Equipment Organic to the Ground Elements of a Marine Air/Ground Task Force Capable of Operating from Current and Planned Well Deck Ships and Seabases LCAC has Accessibility to More than 80% of the World’s Coastlines Over the Horizon Assault from up to 50 miles Offshore LCAC are Capable of Carrying a 60-Ton Payload at Speeds Over 50 Knots

Notional FY13/14 RFP: GFP/CFM • Government will Provide Selected GFP for: • Incorporation Items: • Minimum Buy and LLT (13+ Weeks) • GFP Incorporation Items and Associated Delivery Dates will be Specified in Each Craft’s Planning Memorandum (Part of the TDP) • Performance Items: • Select Special Test Equipment/Tooling • Contractor will be Responsible for Providing All Other Required: • Material/Equipment • Tooling/Test Equipment • Services, such as Marine Chemist and HAZMAT
