  1. Nourishing Blue Mountains Retreat Soulla will bring her expertise and passion to the retreat by preparing all meals in accordance with traditional wholefoods principles and ancestral traditions. She will also provide educational talks on the principles and benefits of a traditional wholefoods diet. The emphasis will be on grass-fed and slow cooked meats, wild fish, pastured eggs, lacto-fermented vegetables, quality dairy, bone broth soups, fresh fruit and vegetables, activated nuts and naturally sweetened desserts. With no grains, legumes or processed foods whatsoever, the meals will be nourishing, satisfying and delicious! Traditional organic wholefoods advocate and nutrition educator, Soulla Chamberlain, and InternationalGYROTONIC® master trainer, Lisa Wood, have collaborated to create an idyllic retreat designed to nourish, relax, inspire and restore. The Kanimbla View Clifftop eco-lodges are set in 12 acres of native bush on the Shipley Plateau at Blackheath, in the heart of the Blue Mountains, with spectacular views of the Kanimbla Valley, just two hours by car or train from Sydney. For more information on Kanimbla visit www.kanimbla.com. Soulla is the creator and owner of Sydney-based business Star Anise Organic Wholefoods, through which she sells nutrient-dense premium quality organic products as well as providing nutrition education, wholefood dinners, cooking classes and recipe creation. This is a unique opportunity to experience Australia’s only retreat to offer traditionally prepared nutrient-dense organic wholefoods of the highest quality together with a focus on movement through Gyrokinesis (a method somewhere between yoga and Chi Gong) which focuses on joint mobility, breathing, fluidity and freedom. Dates: 3pmFriday 19 October to 3pm Sunday 21 October 2012 Location: Kanimbla View Clifftop Retreat, Blue Mountains Lisa is the owner of GYROTONIC® Sydney, a company dedicated to developing quality teachers of the GYROTONIC® method.
