This report presents the findings of the 2017 Membership Survey conducted by WSU Senior Hospitality Business Management students in collaboration with PSBTA. With a participation of 52 members, the survey was administered during the November meeting and revealed key insights into membership values, satisfaction ratings (98.1%), and preferences for future programming. Key values identified include Networking, Industry Education, and Personal/Professional Development. Recommendations for enhancing member engagement through social media involvement, mentorship programs, and more interactive meeting formats are also discussed.
