  1. Resetting your UCD password

  2. First: • Go to CU Denver’s home page • Ucdenver.edu • Select quick links on the far right corner of the screen. • Click UCDAccess • Then click the need help button and select my account and follow the steps.

  4. Or: • Go to the following site and follow the steps as recommended • http://myaccount.ucdenver.edu • Click the forgot username/password • Enter your information (student id, name, birthday).

  5. Next: • Answer your security questions to begin the process of changing y0ur password/username. • 3 of your security questions will be displayed.

  6. Error: • If the answer to one or more of your security questions is incorrect you will receive an error message.

  7. Verify: • Verify your information and change your password • Then submit by selecting reset your password. • If you just wanted to verify your username (no password change needed) close your browser

  8. Finalizing the reset: • Enter and Confirm your new account password, then click the Submit button • You will receive confirmation if your new password was accepted or an error message if the password and confirm password fields do not match (or the password does not meet the requirements) • Keep note of your new password
