  1. Authority • The ICRC International Committee of the Red Cross has not made a statement on the responsibility for the child soldiers on the crimes that are the most violent and inhumane. These acts include killing, torture and inhumane treatment. • This makes me know that children can be prosecuted depending on the severity of the crime they commit. However, the child soldiers are still victims regardless of the crime they commit because of the drugs they were forced to take, which made them not think clearly. A person who is brainwashed by drugs is not in control of their actions. A large part of crime is your intent in the action. One can not possess intent when they are are not aware. • Red= authority • Blue= opposite side of my child soldiers are victims • green= refute the counterclaim
