  12. WOW’s Katy Community Advocates Janet Ford and Kathy Prewitt display their 1st Place Winning Plaque from Katy ISD FFA Rodeo Parade. Westchase Community Advocates display a “Thank You” to all their donors during their February Drive.

  13. WOW’s Sugar Land Community Advocates participate in the Missouri City Snow Fest Parade. Cy-Fair Community Advocate Juan Vernal stands by the road to recruit donors.

  21. Coding Donors Day of Advocates Drive • Credits should go to specific Community Advocate group unless the donor states a different group.

  22. Staffing at Community Advocate Drives • Standard NDC staffing for the day based on seeing 1.2 to 1.4 donors per hour. • Additional 2 Mobile Staff members • seeing 1.2 to 1.4 donors per hour. • Each staff member should collect 10 to 11 • staff during the drive.

  23. Staffing at Community Advocate Drives • Small center with 3 staff and 2 • mobile staff collect 50 to 55 donors. • Large center with 8 staff and 2 • mobile staff collect 100 to 110 donors.
