Introducing the new face of the Internet_ Web 3

Throughout the last several years, the internet has successfully evolved into two web versions that played and are playing a major role in the way we have access to the internet now. With the growth of the internet and the technology Web, 3.0 is considered the evolution of the older generations of web tools and edge technologies used in Web 1.0 and 2.0. 1. Introducing the new face of the Internet: Web 3.0 With the constant evolving phase of the internet and ever-changing trends in technology, we are at the tipping point of entering the new face of the web’s evolution. Imagine having access to a type of internet that not only interprets what you input but also understands everything you convey in different modes like text, speech, and other media. If you are involved in cryptocurrency and blockchain, you might have surely heard of the latest buzzword, Web 3. With several aspects of 3.0 already existing today, web 3.0 is the upcoming third generation of the internet that can easily process information in a smart way using different technologies like ML, Big Data, DLT, and others. The key features of Web 3.0 As Web 3.0 is the next stage of web evolution and has already a few aspects in the market available. It is important to understand the key features of Web 3.0: Ubiquity, semantic web, artificial intelligence, and three-dimensional graphics The Web 3.0 Evolution Throughout the last several years, the internet has successfully evolved into two web versions that played and are playing a major role in the way we have access to the internet now. With the growth of the internet and the technology Web, 3.0 is considered the evolution of the older generations of web tools and edge technologies used in Web 1.0 and 2.0. It is apparently an upgrade to its precursors, Web 1.0 and 2.0.

  2. What is Web 1.0? From the years 1989 to 2005, Web 1.0 was called a static web. The first and most reliable, the internet offers access to limited information with less user interaction. Back in history, how we access the internet now was way different than how we access it now. Creating user pages and commenting on posts like we do today was not a thing. Web 1.0 was just a normal and limited way of accessing the internet. What is Web 2.0? Often called the social web or 2.0, this is the web or internet era we have been using from 2005 to date. Web 2.0 is the set of tools and the process of how we access the internet today. With web technologies like Javascript, HTML5, CSS3, and others, the new technologies of Web 2.0 help businesses develop interactive web platforms like YouTube, Facebook, Wikipedia, and others. Web 2.0 gave us a path to connect with people in the easiest way possible, engage with the content present on the internet and perceive it in the best way possible. It paved the way for developing social networks, user-generated content, and another set of tools. Use cases for Web 3.0 There are several companies that are constantly working to build and improve products that match Web 3.0 and can transform the use cases. Companies like Amazon, Apple, and Google are the ones currently using fewer aspects of Web 3.0. Siri and Wolfram Alpha are constant examples of the same. Siri is Apple’s voice-controlled AI assistant and Wolfram Alpha is a computational knowledge engine. Another popular use of Web 3.0 is in Blockchain Development Company providing services related to cryptocurrency development, blockchain development, or some next-gen technologies.
