  8. Pantry & Cafeteria Management ServiceMax provides well groomed, skilled and experienced staff for serving food & Beverage in Pantry & cafeteria. Our Pantry & cafeteria staff is not only thoroughly trained for proper table service and F&B Service skills but they are also trained on behavioral skills (i.e. Courtesy, soft spoken-ness etc.) so that the best of service can be provided to our client. Guest House Management We undertake the complete management of Corporate Guest Houses. We ensure that the Guest houses are well maintained & 24 hours service is provided to the guest. Special care is taken for housekeeping, hygiene, cleanliness & prompt service. We employ educated & trained staff with experience in service & hospitality industry. Presently we are maintaining Guest Houses of Infantry Officers Hostel, TATA Global Beverages Ltd, Sterling & Wilson India Ltd., Gujarat Flouro Chemicals Ltd. & others.

Advantage ServiceMax Employee Backup or Relievers We have a team of 7-8 Relievers, present in our Corporate office on daily basis to substitute the absent employees Salary Bonus & Leave Encashment Payment Salaries are paid to the employees on or before 7th of every month through their Bank Accounts. Bonus is paid to the employees before Diwali & Leave Encashment paid in the month of April every year through their Bank Account. Attrition Level Our employee attrition rate is below 7% as compared to 20% - 25% attrition rate of the industry. Police Verification We get Police verification of all our employee.
