  3. The “Meeting Room” will be dependent on the project and will be provided ahead of time in an email. Enter “Your Name” e.g. Judy then press “Join”

  5. Tells you what is being shared here. You will see your name here. Click here to see full screen of the presentation. You will see our host here. Please go here and turn off your sound because we will use Skype for voice, otherwise you will hear echoes.
