  3. Training Schedule • Commitment to train • Monday & Thursday • During Lunch Time (eat afterwards) • On Basketball Court All student must have: Water bottle & running shoes

  4. Cost $135 • Cost covers: • Transportation • All meals • Accommodations • Angkor Run Registration Fee • Admissions to the Temples • Water • T-shirt and Hat

  6. Food • Friday • Lunch at school • Snack on the bus • Dinner- Spaghetti and meat balls at Hostel • Saturday • -Breakfast – buffet at Hostel • -Packed lunch (eat at Temples) • -Dinner- BBQ at Hostel • Sunday • -Early snack before run • -Breakfast Buffet after run • -Snack on the bus

  7. What to bring • Running outfit – trainers, shorts, socks, sun hat, sun tan cream. (ISPP t-shirt will be provided) • Swimming kit • Small wash bag, contents and towel. • Enough clothes for 2 days • Spending money – maximum $20 Extras: • Camera • A portable games system (PSP etc.) • No laptops or very expensive equipment should be brought. • -Books for quiet time reading • -Journal for drawing and recording thoughts • -Stuffed animal if they still sleep with it at night

  8. Safety • All students will be supervised throughout the trip • In case of emergency: Royal Angkor International Hospital

  9. Schedule • Saturday • Buffet Breakfast • Swim, play games at hostel • Depart for Temples • Explore and complete a scavenger hunt around Temples • Return to hostel • Eat BBQ dinner • Early to bed • Sunday • 5:30 students wake up • Get on bus to Temples, eat snack on bus • RUN RACE 3k • Return to Hostel for buffet breakfast • Leave Siem Reap 10:00 • Return to PP around 4pm • Friday • Student should come to school ready to go • Eat lunch at ISPP • Depart on buses at 12:30 *students should bring a snack • Arrive in Siem Reap around 5:30 • Check in to dorm rooms • Eat Dinner • Watch movie before bed

  10. Two-Way Contact • We will have a staff mobile phone • Every students contact # will be in the phone • You can contact us or we can contact you • We will use a phone chain to let you know when we are returning on Sunday

  11. Insurance • Each student must have insurance • Please provide Insurance information on the registration form • See Barry if you need to purchase travel insurance

  12. Deposit & Payment • $50 deposit by end of week • $85 by November 4th
