  1. WAYS TO DEAL WITH EXAM STRESS Take examination as an experience and not a battlefield

  2. Before the examination: Preparation

  3. Syllabus and readings • Mark the portions that will be covered in your exam. • Outline the topics. • Making sticky notes can be helpful. • Arrange all the readings or preparation materials. • Visit libraries, refer class notes, and collect books on required topic.

  4. Make notes • After collecting all the readings, invest time and effort to make notes. • Firstly, go through information in text-books, class-notes and internet. • Outline all the important points. • Sit calmly and then make notes creating sense out of every outlined information.

  5. Study in environment of your choice Choose the environment where you can study in best possible way. Some of the student friendly study environment are: • Library • Coffee shop • Study room • Group study • Park

  6. Take breaks Don’t study continuously for an entire day. Take small breaks in between. At the break time you can do either of the mentioned things: • Talk to your friend or relative • Listen music • Take a nap • Go for a few minutes of walk • Watch your favorite show • Eat something light
