  2. INTRODUCTION • In this competitive world stress has become a regular part of life for grown-ups as well as for students. It’s a true fact that, students are experiencing school stress at high rates. Adults can communicate about how stress impacts their social life, work life and health.   3. Causes Of Stress At School • Forthcoming Examination:Many students worry about achieving a satisfactory score or finding time to study if they have multiple upcoming test.

Learn how to train your brain for more positive self-talk to have a brighter future. • Believe in yourself: When you are being constantly faced with new challenges in school life, students should look back at how far they have come and how much they have already achieved.  • Get proper sleep: Sleep plays an important role in keeping you mentally sharp and physically healthy. Get enough sleep, no matter what problems you are facing. What you eat affects your sleep so, better avoid foods like coffee, cruciferous vegetables, red meat etc. before sleep.

  10. Exercise:Exercise works so well for stress relief. Thus, realizing this fact many schools now a days promote extracurricular activities in school. Be a part of such activities or practice meditation or yoga. Students can exercise regularly by keeping schedules such as walking or cycling in the morning. Keeping a regular exercise practice throughout the lifetime can help you live longer and enjoy your life more.

  11. Eating Healthy:  Another stress relieving factor is consuming healthy and hygienic food. “Eating right is smart, and eating right can make you smart” is not just a word but a fact. Include foods like nuts, oranges, eggs, green tea, blueberries, fatty fish, flax seeds, dark chocolate in your diet to improve memory and concentration power. Drink at least 4 liters of water to keep you hydrated and active throughout the day.
