Updated Procedures for Status and Dashboard Reporting in the Natural Resource Sector
The Natural Resource Sector procedures for status and dashboard reporting are set for updates. These updates will revise the standards and processes related to internal project reporting. Currently, project managers, together with senior BPMs or directors, will assess the necessity of status reports for IMB internal projects. Projects utilizing capital funding are highly encouraged to submit these reports. The interim project manager is responsible for sharing the status reports with relevant stakeholders and ensuring compliance with the established reporting frequency and requirements.
