NUMBER OF YOUTH PARTICIPATION IN COOPERATIVE • The mindset of youth who have not • been aware of the cooperative. • Definition of youth: the person who • is aged 15- 40 years old. • The youth still focus in the laboratory • (to study). For example: Student • Cooperative in the university. • The Youth (read: Man) think about their own business not for the cooperative because they still want to fight themselves. • The Youth (read: Woman) one by one has thought to participate in cooperative because their business especially for home industry need marketing from the cooperative.

YOUTH IN COOPERATIVE • The number of National Youth Cooperative still low. • Low of woman participation in Youth Cooperative • Many youth entrepreneur in Indonesia but they are not the member of cooperative. • As we know, woman have an importantant rol in success of cooperative. • Women also have equal opportunities to develope various potential business in Indonesia. There are no restrictions for women to do entrepreneur.

KOPWANI is KoperasiWanita Indonesia (Indonesian Women Co-operative). • Founded on May 25th, 1975 on the initiative of the Indonesian Women's Congress (KOWANI) and Contact Organization for Women Agency of DKI Jakarta (BKOW DKI Jakarta). • No legal entity:111 / BH / I dated September 11th, 1975.
