REGULACION • FORMULACION DE ESTRATEGIAS POLITICAS, PLANES Y PROGRAMAS • MOVILIZACION SOCIAL DE TODOS LOS ACTORES INVOLUCRADOS EN EL • SISTEMA DE SALUD, PARA LA DISCUSION Y FORMULACION DE UN PLAN DECENAL DE SALUD QUE TRANSCIENDA LOS PERIODOS ELECTIVOS Y QUE SEA ASUMIDO COMO UN COMPROMISO DE REGION. • EVALUACION DEL DESEMPENO DEL SISTEMA • LOGRAR LA IMPLEMENTACION DE LOS SERVICIOS DE LOS SS REGIONALES, CON AUTONOMIA FINANCIERA Y GERENCIAL, PARA LUEGO DESARROLLAR LOS CONVENIOS DE GESTION PAGO POR RENDIMIENTO Y CALIDAD, INCENTIVOS POR LOGROS DE METAS DE COBERTURA, Y AUTOREGULACION DEL SISTEMA. • FISCALIZACION Y CONTROL • Estimular el desarrollo de un equipo regional de fiscalización y control con transparencia en razón de principios de autoridad y eficacia reconocido por los diferentes actores involucrados en el proceso • REGULACION Y CONTROL DE INSUMOS MEDICO • DESARROLLAR UN SISTEMA DE MONITOREO Y EVALUACION DE LA COMPRA Y USO DE LOS INSUMOS MEDICOS Y TECNOLOGIAS.
