We will actively progress five priority work packages: Thermal Efficiency Standards, Energy Suppliers, Area-based Approach, Data and Information, and Communication. 2. We will introduce an area-based approach to energy poverty mitigation. 3. We will ensure greater access to energy efficiency measures. 4. We will reform eligibility criteria for energy efficiency schemes. 5. We will review the National Fuel Scheme and Household Benefits Package to examine the feasibility of aligning income supports with the energy efficiency and income of the home.
