The School-to-Work Alliance Program (SWAP) in the Thompson School District offers vital employment services to youth aged 16-25 facing mild to moderate barriers to employment. Designed for students with IEPs or 504 plans, SWAP connects motivated job seekers with local businesses, creating a win-win situation for both parties. The program provides employer incentives like job coaching, wage reimbursement, and ongoing support. Our mission is to cultivate meaningful relationships between the business community and area youth, empowering them with essential skills and opportunities.
