Enhance Visitor Services operations • Anonymous collection of circulation management information • Access to more content/ learning info/ travel info/ from all public areas • Ability to push location-based, contextual content to visitors • Improve visitor access to content/ less reliance on fixed notices • Enabler for revenue growth • Sponsorship opportunities • WiFi service is marketable service for events/ conferences • Promotions/ offers • Enhancing the NHM brand • Leading edge Museum • Promotes visitor interaction with NHM Benefits to Museum
