  6. Workforce • What is a Workforce Investment Board (WIB)? • Why are they important? • Support • Resources • Funding stream

  7. Goals • Identify jobs in greatest need in the state • Partner to improve and/or create training programs • Build awareness throughout communities for the need for energy workers • Create a sense of excitement around the energy industry in the state

  8. Next Steps • Identify key contact: industry, education & workforce • Meet in a central location • Develop a strategic plan • Create an action plan for implementation
