Recent Update Latest update on January 7th, 2011: • Support for National Historic Preservation Act review • Can claim an Incentive Exemption • Added Attic Type and attic improvements • Reports are now available in Compass as well as Surveyor • Can now enter Model/Manufacturer for equipment to streamline Financial review

  4. Surveyor • Can claim exemptions when job fails to qualify for a rebate incentive. • Can specify attic type and recommend additional attic insulation improvements

  5. Compass • National Historic Preservation Act support – if Building is > 50 years old or in a Historic District, you need to declare if job needs review or is exempt All reports are now available in Compass, so they are accessible even after job is submitted

Future Enhancements • Next update (planned for end of February): • Model calibration in Surveyor, including ability to specify baseload usage profiles for Hot Water, Lighting and Appliances • Support for on-site QA scheduling and data collection • Updates to homeowner self-assessment to allow them to track post-evaluation activity • Simplified Homeowner report to allow easier customization
