Recent activities • We have received new 30cm x 30cm foils from 3M Corporation • Some initial problems with surface – mositure trapped -> now cured • HV (~400V) tests on all 12 strips/foil • Now tooling up to build 5 30cm x 30cm chambers • Foils also being sent to 5 other institutions in U.S., Canada, China, Korea for evaluation. • 20 QPA02-based preamp cards made at Fermilab.
