Мain Principles, Introduced by the Law on e-Governance Single collection and multiple data use • Administrative institutionshave the obligation: • to request data from citizens and organizations only once • to collect the data officially from the primary administrator of the data • The primary data administrators should send the data to all administrative authorities, which by law have the right to maintain these particular data.

Technical Equipment for the State Administration (2006-2007) • Delivery of over 5,500 computers, servers mainly to the regional and local administrations: • Licensed software for 60 000 computers and 2000 server systems in all administrations • Antivirus/spam/adware protection software for 20 000 computers and 1500 server systems in the local and regional administrations • Delivery of 2,150 e-signatures

11. e-Government projects, funded by OPAC Main objective – to ensure the deployment of administrative e-services at transactional level through: Environment for e-payments Unification of the vision of the state administration and accessibility of public web sites and portals

Mid-term Perspectives Adoption of the e-Government Strategy and Action plan Deployment of the Unified environment for documents exchange (the only tool for documents exchange, in accordance with Law on e-Governance) Integration of the back-office systems with the Unified Environment for Documents Exchange UEDE
