  3. Graduated from Cambridge University in 1999 • Back to Hong Kong and joined the B to B website, Texwatch inc. • Return to family business in 2001

  4. Sun Hing Knitting Factory Ltd • Although incorporated in 1970, was founded in the late 1940s • Main Business is garment manufacturing. • Offices in Hong Kong, London and Huizhou.

  5. Road to management • Knew little when I joined • Went through difficult adaptation • Importance of data • Earning the respect

  6. Business Dilemma • Since 2008 world wide economy still weak • Customer looking for lower prices • Increase wages by over 12% per year • Huge exchange rate disadvantage • Unclear local government intention

  8. The Y. Elites Association • The Y. Elites Association was founded in 16 May , 2007. • Mainly composed of young entrepreneurs, professionals and community leaders.

  9. The Y. Elites Mission • To gather young elites; • Promote understanding of our nation; • Attend to various social topics; • Become the think tank for current affairs
