Enhancing Individualized Learning through Virtual Reality: DIBE's Selected Products

This presentation outlines the integration of selected virtual reality products into the virtual learning environment developed by DIBE at the University of Genoa. Featured products include PSPICE for circuit design and simulation, DEEDS for digital system design, and a variety of remote laboratory experiments focused on analog circuits. These resources enable students to conduct simulations and experiments remotely, enhancing their learning experience through accessibility and interactivity. More details can be found at the linked resources.

  1. IDENTITY Individualized Learning Enhanced by Virtual Reality Selected products to be included in VR-LRC from DIBE Domenico Ponta Department of Biophysical and Electronic Engineering scapolla@unige.it Genoa May 21-22, 2007

  2. Outline Selected products that can be included in VR-LRC as contribution of DIBE-University of Genoa (all texts in English): • Simulations • PSPICE (design and simulation of analog circuits, approx. 160 • DEEDS (design and simulation, including tutorial sections, of digital systems composed by standard logic, FSM and a microcomputer) • Remote laboratory experiments (mainly analog circuits)

  3. Running experiments from Moodle • Experiments will be saved as SCOs • They will be integrated as MOODLE resources • Examples of the three types of experiments are available at: http://palestra.aulaweb.unige.it/course/

  4. Simulations in ANALOG ELECTRONICS

  5. Remote experiments in ANALOG ELECTRONICS

  6. Simulation experiments in DIGITAL ELECTRONICS
