Enhancing Workforce Development Through Strategic Partnership with TBWA

In January 2013, meetings between EPC leadership and TBWA's President/CEO, Mr. Ed Peachey, and COO, Mr. Mark Douglass, set the foundation for a strategic partnership aimed at addressing staffing needs and enhancing job training. With EPC facing a 25% reduction in positions and a reliance on Federal TANF benefits, this collaboration provides cost-effective solutions for augmenting administrative support. Community service initiatives, including mentorship and job training, are designed to empower participants while ensuring fiscal responsibility for EPC.
