  2. Objective of the Survey • To evaluate , gather feedback, and comments • of the effectiveness of the worship service • Recommend areas of improvements where • applicable

  3. Scope of the Survey Sampling: • All attendees/members of LFJM covering • attendance of May 2004 • Ages from 12 up regardless of sex, status and • years of service in the church • All workers of Living Faith (Full-time/Part-time)

Methodology The survey will progressed following these steps: • STEP 1 • Identification of the survey • criteria and the Conduct of • Survey • STEP 2 • Consolidation of results • Analysis of the survey • STEP 4 • Presentation of the survey • result • Developing Action Plans • STEP 3 • Validation of results through focus • group discussion • Identification of recommendation
