  14. Rule of Engagement • Flight Order: • Micro Class • Regular Class • Open Class • Time: • 7:00 Judges Briefing • 7:30 Pilot’s Briefing • 7:45 Pre-Flight Checkout • 8:00 Start Flying

  15. Portable Restrooms 100ft 100ft 100ft 100ft Open Class Landing Area Start Radio Impound Flight Box Weigh Station Pit Boss Station Flight Stewart Station Fueling Station Area No Parking Scoring Judge Station Lunch Setup (4 tables) Parking Helicopter Field

Successful Flight Process - Upon a successful flight, clear the runway immediately - Follow the Flight Steward to the weigh station and record payload lifted 100ft 100ft 100ft 100ft Next Aircraft goes out to the flight line immediately after the successful landing of the previous aircraft. Flight Boss will clear the aircraft for flight when field is cleared. Open Class Landing Area Flight Steward will meet team at the end of a successful flight Start Deploy Aircraft Recovery Team Go to the Impound Station to retrieve Radio and Flight Card. Note: Next aircraft gets in the Flight Box and prepared for next flight Fuel up with Competition Fuel If Needed Give Flight Card to Pit Boss and get in the Flight Box. No repairs are permitted in the Flight Box Weigh Station Student Tents Fueling Station Area Radio Impound Flight Boss Pit Boss Flight Stewards

  17. Failed Attempt Process Do not Perform Crash Analysis at the crash site. Clear the Field Immediately!!! 100ft 100ft 100ft 100ft Open Class Landing Area Wait for flight boss to declare it safe for the team to retrieve aircraft from crash site. Once the field is clear, the flight boss will open the flight for the next attempt. Start Flight Steward Returns Flight Card back to Judges Table The next team goes to the flight line and be ready to fly. Flight Boss will give a “go for flight” when the field is clear. Student Tents Fueling Station Area Weigh Station Radio Impound
